Can't go wrong with Glen-L. Their site is worth a visit, and you can learn an awful lot just by viewing and reading their site. They have most of their plans using what is known as "One Off" that is a plywood base with a cover or layer of fiberglass. They are great people, they have been around long before the Internet. (They even have 1940's boat building books in the library – remember those?)
I have built (over the years) over a dozen of their boats. They are there, and will help you long after the sale is made. Their plans make it easy and understandable, and if you do have questions (and I guarantee you will) they are just a phone call away.

    So… Go with Josh M's suggestion….
